Q: How long does international shipping take?

A: International orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 weeks via UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Q: Who pays customs duties or VAT?

A: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges?

A: No. We do not accept returns, and refunds or exchanges are not offered on crystal specimens. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

Q: What if my crystal is missing or damaged?

A: Kindly record a video while unboxing your package to claim any missing or damaged items.

Q: Can I cancel my order after it’s shipped?

A: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Refusing delivery will result in being blocked from placing future orders.
